The dining area is walled with windows for a relaxed atmosphere and view of the grounds. The house menu is low sodium, low cholesterol. A variety of meal plans are served family style.

The Valley House has seven rooms, each with a private bath and a small refrigerator. One bed room efficiency and two room suites are equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. Private phones are installed at your expense. Cable connection is provided free of charge.

Valley House is Strictly No Smoking

Charges are based on the following:

• Required assistance with personal hygiene.
• Walking abilities, (must be able to ambulate).
• Required dressing assistance, medication monitoring, special diets, and daily living activities.
• All basic services include private room and bath, three meals, housekeeping, laundry, 24 hour assistance, medication monitoring, and physician appointment with transportation arrangements.

Basic room rates:

• Monthly $1100.00
• Daily (less than 2 month registration)- not including state and county tax $45.00.

Basic efficiency and suite rates:

• Monthly $1500.00
• Daily (less than 2 month registration)-not including state and county tax ----$65.00.
